What is the lead time for made to measure PVC strip curtains?
Standard and heavy-duty grades are cut from UK stock and typically dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. Specialist grades such as polar, food grade, anti-static, and welding are generally dispatched within 2 to 4 working days. All orders include tracking. For urgent requirements, contact us before ordering to confirm lead time for your specific grade and size.
Can I order replacement strips without a new rail?
Yes — if your existing rail is still serviceable, order replacement strips only. We supply strips cut to length in all grades. For hook-on systems we also supply replacement hooks and plates separately. Specify strip width, grade, length, and quantity required.
What is the maximum size you can supply?
We can supply made-to-measure kits for openings of any width. Very wide openings (typically 4m or more) are best served by a twin track system with two curtain sections on separate rails, allowing one to be retracted for oversized loads. For very tall openings (4m or more), strips are supplied in longer lengths cut to your specified drop. Contact us for very large or non-standard opening requirements.
