Hook-On PVC Strip Curtain Rails — Individual Strip Replacement Without Dismantling
Hook-on rails are the most practical choice for high-traffic and maintenance-intensive environments. Each strip hangs independently on its own hook, meaning worn or damaged strips can be swapped in under a minute with no tools and without disturbing the remaining curtain. Available in stainless steel (food and washdown environments) and galvanised steel (standard dry indoor use).

What length hook-on rail do I need?
Your rail should be at least as wide as your door opening. For a 1m wide opening, order a 1m rail. For openings wider than your rail, two rails can be mounted end-to-end. The rail is mounted above the door frame or inside the reveal — measure your clear opening width and order accordingly. Most hook-on rails are available in standard lengths from 0.5m to 4m, or made to measure for non-standard widths.
Which is better — stainless steel or galvanised hook-on rails?
Stainless steel is the premium choice for any environment with moisture, food contact, or washdown requirements. It will not rust, is easy to sanitise, and has an indefinite service life in most commercial environments. Galvanised steel is a cost-effective option for dry indoor areas where washdown is not required and food contact is not a concern. Never use galvanised rails in food production areas or environments with regular water exposure — the zinc coating will degrade.
