Refund policy

We hope that you'll love everything you ordered from Pvcstripcurtainsuk.uk. But if you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange it within 30 days from the delivery date.

Do you accept returns?

Pvcstripcurtainsuk.uk only ships to the United Kingdom. We accept returns on a case-to-case basis. Please email sales@pvcstripcurtainsuk.uk or call +44 1282 277786  Customers to have 30 days to return a product if approved on a case-to-case basis. We do not accept returns on used products. Any accepted returns will have to be new.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact the store directly to replace the product or receive a refund.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

If an order needs to be cancelled, please call the store directly. You can find the number on our website at the bottom of the page.

Faulty or Incorrect Goods

In the unlikely event that goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, customers must notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery.

Upon inspection and confirmation, we will replace the goods or issue a refund at no additional cost to the customer.

Limitation of Claims

Dissatisfaction with a custom-made product’s quality, thickness, transparency, or suitability does not constitute grounds for return unless a defect is proven.

Orders for pvc strip curtains and fly mesh strip curtains are non refundable because these are custom cut, stitched and made to order according to customers required size

Custom-Made Products

Many of our products, including but not limited to PVC strip curtains and fly mesh strip curtains, are custom-made to order, cut, stitched, or manufactured to the customer’s specified size and/or requirement.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the statutory 14-day cancellation period does not apply to goods made to the customer’s specifications or which are clearly personalised.

Therefore, no returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted on custom-made products unless the goods are faulty, damaged, or not supplied as described.

Samples & Product Approval

Customers are strongly advised to request a sample before placing an order to confirm suitability in terms of quality, transparency, colour, and thickness.

Where a sample has not been requested prior to purchase, Pvcstripcurtainsuk.uk cannot be held responsible if the customer is dissatisfied with the quality, appearance, or performance of the product.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges acceptance of these terms and confirms responsibility for ensuring correct specifications prior to ordering.
