Can I replace individual strips in a QuickMount system?
Not individually — to replace a single strip in a QuickMount system you need to loosen the clamp plate, slide out the damaged strip, insert the replacement, and re-clamp. This takes about 5 minutes. If you anticipate frequent individual strip replacement, a hook-on system is more convenient as each strip can be swapped in under 60 seconds with no tools. QuickMount is better suited to lower-traffic environments where full strip replacement is infrequent.
What length QuickMount rail do I need?
Order a rail equal to your door opening width. For a 900mm wide doorway, order a 900mm rail. For openings wider than available standard lengths, two rails can be mounted end-to-end. Rails are available in standard lengths from 500mm to 3000mm, and made-to-measure lengths for non-standard openings.
