Our twin track PVC strip curtain system mounts two rows of strips in a staggered configuration, creating a double-layer curtain barrier that delivers significantly superior thermal and acoustic insulation compared to a single-layer system. The two tracks are offset so gaps between strips in the first layer are covered by strips in the second — eliminating cold bridges and substantially reducing heat transfer.
Twin track systems are the preferred choice for cold rooms, blast freezers and refrigerated loading bays where maximum temperature separation is critical. The doubled barrier also significantly reduces draughts in loading bay applications where external doors remain open for extended periods.
Our twin track rail accepts standard 200mm and 300mm hook-on strips, allowing you to mix grades across the two tracks. Rail supplied in sections up to 3m. Full installation kit included. Free UK delivery on all twin track curtain systems.
